V. Ngwenya Projects is a full-service construction company based in Riverton, Cape Town, working across the Western Cape on residential and commercial projects.
Our story
The company was built the way most good building firms are — on site, one job at a time, with work that spoke for itself. What started with brickwork, plastering and small renovations grew into complete building contracts as clients kept coming back and sending neighbours our way.
Today we run projects from foundation to roofing: setting out and foundations, brickwork and plaster, roofing, plumbing and electrical, tiling, ceilings and the final finishes. Because the trades are ours, the programme stays tight and nobody stands around waiting for the next crew to arrive.
We're equally comfortable on a commercial refit that has to be done around trading hours, and on a home renovation where the family is still living in the house. Sites are kept tidy, rubble is removed, and we treat your property the way we'd want ours treated.
