V. Ngwenya Projects is a full-service construction company based in Riverton, Cape Town. We handle complete building projects — new homes, extensions, alterations and commercial work — as well as the smaller jobs most contractors turn down.
Our tradesmen are experienced in their trade, and every project is run by one point of contact who keeps materials, deliveries and trades moving. You always know what is happening on your site and what it is costing.
We are also known for taking over stalled builds. If a project has been standing half-finished, we assess what has been done, correct what needs correcting, and finish it to a standard you can hand over with confidence.

We work right across the Western Cape, with most of our projects in and around Cape Town and the northern suburbs.
Yes. No job is too small. We do everything from a single bathroom or boundary wall through to complete new homes.
That is one of the things we are known for. We assess what has already been done, tell you honestly what needs fixing, and finish the build properly.
Quotes are free. We come out to site, look at the work, and send you a written breakdown of materials and labour so you can see exactly what you are paying for.
It depends on scope. A bathroom is usually two to three weeks, a boundary wall a few days, and a new home several months. We give you a programme with the quote and keep you updated.
We can point you to draughtsmen and engineers we work with and coordinate with them, so the building work and the paperwork run together.
Work is paid in agreed stages against progress on site, with a deposit for materials up front. Everything is set out in writing before we start.
